Got off work this morning and since it was warmer today I decided to take a drive out to Presque Isle. I almost never go out here in the winter, but wanted some fresh air after being cooped up in the house for a few weeks. It was kind of a foggy, misty morning but I managed to get some photos before it started to rain. The only PP is some cropping and color adjustments. Critiques and comments welcome. :D
The 'ice dunes and driftwood" look like a cold dreary beach scene with angry waves coming in and a forgotten camp fire!! I like it :)
I like snow on the sand dunes ;)
Very nice series, Goldusty. I'll bet the fresh air did feel good today.

Thank you, and yes, the fresh air did feel good. The temperature is up in the 50's today, and after the temperatures in the teens and single digits the last few weeks I was anxious to get out of the house. I can't wait for spring. :D
Nice pictures, I always say...if you cant get to the ocean, Presque Isle is the next best thing. Been there lot's of times to fish and just sight seeing.

Thank you for the comment, but I'm not sure where you got the idea that these photos were taken in Maine...they were taken in Erie, Pennsylvania.
:D :D
