I like the close crop of 1 and 3. That one eye thing certainly makes a statement. I No.3, I would like to see just a bit more of that beak. Nice work.

Good chicken shots! I can never get mine to hold still :wink:

P.S. Can you give us some info on your equipment and settings-those are some very sharp shots with lots of detail.

I have a Canon Rebel T1i

I am using the Canon EF-S 55-250mm telephoto lens.

i just kept the settings on full auto because the space i am in is very small and they kept moving so i eliminated the frustration of the manual settings and kept it on full auto. We set up a fence around this peach tree we have in our backyard so the lighting conditions were tricky. I am just testing the animal's behavior to set up a composition i am planning out.

Thank you, these shots were to test their behavior when I am near, I am planning a composition using myself and the rooster, I hope it'll turn out good when I do take it.
