This was taken at 10:45am October 13th of this year. The sun was high and slightly behind the subject. No filters were used. I thought the sparkles were pretty cool so I thought that I would share.

Happy to see your sparkles too..... I took a pic this week (minus the duck) and was shocked to see how they just showed up in mine... you just never know....

That's pretty neat Huh? I like it. Now on mine. I saw the sparkles on the first photo I took ( one of the advantages of digital over film ). So I shot 2 more with the photo you see being the third one. Here is where it gets interesting: Only a few minutes passed when I decided to shoot another goose at about the same place. Now then, the Earth had moved a little and perhaps I wasn't shooting at precisely the same angle. All I got was a nice picture of a goose swimming in the water sans sparkle. Go figure. LOL.
