Got a new flash the YN560 that has been discussed recently and it is more powerful than my Pentax AF360 flash so able to use F/18 with flash power down to 1/4 and 1/8 with a shutter of 1/160 thing it will do a better job just wish there were some decent bugs to capture.

f/22 is as small as I would go to avoid "small aperture diffraction".
