The little one especially wanted her picture taken. She wanted to model. LOL I know her mom does not have a lot of pictures other than her cell phone shots. I hope they like these.

Let me know what you think of these. Honest opinions please, I want to learn.

Thanks for your time.

I think they're going to love these photos, Robin.
I'm not crazy about the little girl's hands in the first photo. They take attention away from her face. That's my only criticism.
Thanks for sharing!

I really like the first. Not so bothered by the hands, but they could be cropped out easily enough.

I also like the second one.

I'm not really crazy about the third, but I don't really know why.

Our images are so subjective to individual preference. Personally I like the study with the hands included. At the same time I see how a tighter crop would make an interesting portrait. Nice in any event. Lucky you to have such pretty models.

I think you did well. I like the third one but think you could lighten up the eyes just a tad. Possibly sharpen them some also.

I see what you mean about the eyes, they are a bit dark. Thanks for noticing that.

Thanks to everyone on your comments, it is always helpful.

Possibly leave the hands in, but just burn them a bit (not literally, in PP) so they aren't the same luminance as the face, that will help a bit, (at least in my opinion) Agree that the third just needs the eyes brightened and sharpened a bit. They are the key to any portrait.

I love all 3 of them, but to offer my opinion, here goes. #1 I like the hands in the shot, but the forehead seems to be just a tad shinier than the rest of the face. #2 LOVE IT! #3 I like a lot, even though she has a slight backwards tilt to her body, and yes, if the eyes were brightened just a tad, and had a small highlight added to them, I believe it would work wonders for the photo. With all that said, You did a great job on them, and I feel they are going to simply love them too.

I really like your photos, especially #2. You have very nice subjects and you captured them well. My only criticism is the tilt in the third photo is a bit unnatural looking.
I live in Loganville too! That is quite a coincidence, given the fact that we live in such a small town.

Hey quick flash, the last is at an odd tilt, I was wondering if anyone noticed. The picture did bother someone else, but he did not know why so I figured that had to be it.

Thanks for the comments.

Yes, the little girl is very pretty, and the photo is excellent except for the tilt, so I guess that would be the only thing anyone could find fault with.
