I've been lurking for awhile but haven't introduced myself yet.
My choice of camera is:
Sony Digital Still Camera and Video
DSC-H1 Cyber-shot 5.1 MegaPixels
I bought it while I had the money and am happy with it.
So, I have a camera, that makes me a photographer, right?
Hardly. After reading y'all's posts I have a lot to learn. The camera is practically operating on its own. I got an image enhancer at the same time but I found I can do anything with IrfanView.
Anyway I feel a lot of questions coming your way.
Thanks Jimmy

Hi Jimmy...welcome to the forum...looking forward to seeing your photos. I owned the Sony Cybershot DSC-H1and H5 and loved them both...took a lot of great photos with them! They had great IQ for a point & shoot. I still have the H9 and use it from time to time.

Jimmy, welcome to the hog. As long as you are content with the camera you are using and enjoying, thats great. It helps to be comfortable with your equipment. I hope you do have lots of questions, so that we can help you with answers.
