Went to get a cup of coffee and there he or she was sitting on a bush in my neighbors yard. Went out in my stocking feet on the wet grass to get a picture and all this hawk was sit there on the tv antenna after flying off the bush, looking at me. I believe it is a Red Tail Hawk.

Beautiful catch! But I do believe that is a Red-Shouldered Hawk. Either way, what a wonderful way to start the day!
