My wife bought a bunch of daffodils the other day, this is one of them, makes me think spring is just around the corner . . .

It's always a pleasure to see your first daffodil of the the year. There's something special about the daffodil. They used to day as gay as Freddie Mercury and there's nothing wrong with that, in my book. He brought joy to millions.

Thanks Graham, you're right they are very pretty flowers, my wife bought a bunch the other day from the local supermarket, I guess they were from Jersey, none around here yet
