Sorry I'm really not sure. Looking at some of the buildings there are some Mansard roofs and a couple of Dutch Barns so it's likely to be Europe. Clothing looks 20's or 30's as does the camera. The flat cap was worn a lot in Europe.
We need an architectural historian... :)
