Very nice, DOOK! I wish I lived where I could have beach, mountains, streams, rivers, lakes, meadows and desert all in one place. Not to be greedy or anything!
Hi, been to Mclean often as it was my Madden name. Love your pics.

Lots of sand where I live, have not owned a snow shovel for 12 years. Nice shots of your homeland.
Nice shots outdoors, DOOK. Can't get enough beach! Do you get good beach weather year round there?

Thank y'all. My area is much like Florida, except Florida has heaps more people. I used to visit friends at Vero Beach a lot when I lived in the States. Maclean has mild winter temps-a cold morning is about 50' & a hot day gets to about 75'. However, it gets cold on the southern Alps. Australia has bigger snow fields than the whole of Switzerland.
Nice shots of Turners Beach, those were the days surfed there many years ago...
I've got challenge for you... Sunset looking up the river, it's stunning
Great pictures...thanks for sharing some "sunshine" and "warmth" with us....I don't like the snow or cold weather and would seriously consider a trip to Australia in January or Feb.....if I could afford it!
Very beautiful. I should post a snow plow pic just for spite :P
Maybe one day I will be lucky enough to come and visit.

I'll take you up on that challenge, Darren. I recently did a time lapse sunset looking up river, from the boat ramp near the court house. I used my JVC camcorder in HD & took a frame every five seconds for two hours. It is stunning but, being a video, I can't post it here.

Hi Dook,
I was looking for 3 car pictures but I'll take those warm beach ones any day. If I were to go to the beach here today my feet would probably freeze in the sand!

I live a little closer to the equator then Dook, did a beach shoot with a hot young lady rolling in the surf.... No icicles just shear relief, about 95* in the shade.....
