In the year 2013, a remarkable coincidence will take place----both Groundhog day and the State of the Union address will occur on the same day. This rare happening next year has special meaning.
One involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to an insignificant creature of little intelligence for insight into the future.
The other involves a groundhog.... Happy New Year.
