Eugene, Please read the Affordable Healthcare Act, Page 20, Sec. 1001\2717 PHSA and you will see that protection of the 2nd Amendment (not removal of it) is provided for in the act.

I'm confused (or maybe it's you that is confused)... The origional jest of my post was saying that it was protected. I have no argument with you there. But, why would you call it lies when it says exactly what you just said?It's protected by this law.
