I love the Pacific Northwest because if you want rainforest you go one way and if you want desert you go the other. Most of my outings are within 2-3 hours drive so I can be home early enough to kiss my wife goodnight! I am a lucky man. But that isn't what this is about. The area has so much to offer and I have yet to explore all the nooks and crannies out there! I do a lot of searching on photo sites to find places I want to go. At my age though I do have limits!

You can't get there from here! This was up by Nooksack Falls on the way to Mt Baker.

ah... okay. Nooksack Falls is one of those you can't really get a good shot of, because of the angle of the cliffs, but it's a pretty area for sure. i've been up that way to shoot Mt. Shuksan a number of times.

This is probably one of the most beautiful places I have seen in our beautiful Pacific Northwest.. I wish I took that picture.

It's a very nice scene but a little too overwhelmingly green for my tastes. How much PP did you apply to it?
