Belated New Year Greeting from Wales

Belated but sincere wishes for the best year ever for all members on the HOG. Apologies for not visiting for a while but managed to end up in hospital Christmas eve morning with a heart attack. Ouch!! Surgery and rest helped a lot and am now on the mend :-)
Positive side to it all is that now i can spend some time here and catch up with the fantastic shots and advice shared on the HOG. Another positive is that I might get to retire a bit earlier than planned. And yet another positive is that my brother-in-law brought me over his Nikon F3 and toys to play with. So when I get out and about I will try and remember how to use film. Hope everyone had a great holiday, happy shooting. New Eagle

I'm happy for you, glad you got through your ordeal with such a positive attitude. Happy New Year to you, as well.
I still have one of my two F3's and 7 or 8 lenses (which I can still use on the D5100). I hope you have a great time when you get out with it.

Glad you're still with us. That's not the traditional way to celebrate Christmas. Let's not make a habit of it. Hope it wasn't too serious and that your recovery is quick and effortless. Hope your new year brings you happiness and health. Early retirement isn't as bad as some make it out to be.
