can anyonr tell me the kind of bird this is?

I took this shot from a boat tour in the mangrove swamp in Everglade City area of Fl Everglades on Christmas Day.I cropped it, but did not change the color at all. I identified the other bitds I saw that day, but this one does not match anything in the guide book I have?

Yes it's a Night Heron but a Yellow-crowned Night Heron as opposed to a Black-crowned Night Heron.

Thank you all for responding, I really appreciate it.I amnew atdoing birds, inspired by all the bird and alligator pics on this site which encouraged me o take my vacationover Christmas to Florida to see if I could catch some birds. I would have liked the picture to be a little sharper, but the boat was moving and the bird flew off and I only go one shot(:

The shot was sharp, but it was focused on the leaves in the background.
