Does anyone have any reccomendation for which lighting kit to buy for studio

Need more info really.A consideration is whether you're just looking for a small home studio set up, continuous or strobe lighting, price, output etc.

Probably the best bang for your buck.
I don't use them personally because I started with another system before I knew about them, but have a friend who does.
Accessories are pretty inexpensive and they are made and serviced in the USA (or Canada)

If you have an iPad, Scot Kelby has an app (and I think it was free or didn't cost much) called "Lighting Recipes" that has recommendations for studio lighting. He has a series of indoor and outdoor photoshoots and you can click on equipment recommendations. I found it to be extremely informative!
