Does anyone have the link to download an update for reading NEF files in Capture NX@ when shot with a D4 or D800? Thank you, the only link I can seem to find is disconnected.

The latest version Of Capture is here (2.3.0) as well as the upgrade (2.3.5), but you will need a product key to use it beyond the 60 day free trial period. If you already have the software, then the "Help" tab should check for available updates for you. The help tab will also have the "About" selection which will let you know exactly what version you now have. You may also need the latest NEF Codec, and that download is on this link also.
Good luck.

So I need to purchase a new version of NX2? I have one I purchased two years ago? Is it really worth it? Maybe i will just stick with LR 4 and CS5..

What version do you have? Are sure you are not eligible for a free upgrade?

Did you see if the "check for updates" would let you update for free?

If it is worth it... Depends wholly on you personal preferences! I like CNX2 a lot and certainly would not be without it, but others find it cumbersome and do not like it. Do you use it now? Can you live without control points (I couldn't!)?

I've been using ACR since the begining and the first time I tried NX2, I got better results. I'm sold!
