I appreciate your comment . . . and honestly, she has gorgeous eyes IMO! More importantly, she has a huge heart - very giving and routinely puts others first. Super young gal.
I've attached another of her just to prove she does have eyes!

Wow! Handsome young man and gorgeous young lady!
You appear to have captured their personalities in all of these shots! Love the poses and effects you got with Kayla!! Would make an awesome model!!

Love the expression on Kyle's face. The young lady is beautiful. Both very nicely taken. You have a lot to be biased about I would say.

You called it!! Kyle is never excited to have his old man take his picture, much less stand by the tree, smile, etc.! He can be a real pain that way and as such, is generally only a good subject for candid shots.
Kayla and I went out on a big photo shoot one weekend. I needed a portrait shot for the work photo contest, and she's much more photogenic! Was a ton of fun, and portraits are tough for me for sure.
Thanks to all for the comments.

One more from our shoot that day. I really wish I'd have paid more attention at the time to the harsh sun on the hair! If I was any good at editing, maybe I could do something with that? Even if I could selectively "burn" that bright spot, likely no hair detail?
Just no idea on this one - happy to hear any suggestions. I really like the shot, but I know the harsh light like that is distracting overall!
Thanks much.

Kayla - again!
