Hi I found several sites about using old cameras and obsolete film.
Here is one that how how to.
http://kodak.3106.net/index.php?p=500There is a youtube vid that shows how to rewind 120 film to 620. Search for it.
Back in film only days, I regularly bought 620 film cheap (as it was not so popular as 120)and rewound it onto 120 spools. As I did my own processing I had a ready supply of empty spools.

The disscusion re' 120/620 roll film takes me back to 1944 during the 2WW (you can guess how old I am) when the only film you could get was ex-military 620, (yes painted khaki). The old chap who owned the s/h camera shop showed me how to adapt the smaller hole using a nail punch. It was easy as that - never failed. Kitcar UK
There is a great site "orphancameras.com" by Mike Butkus. Free manuals on hundreds of cameras. I buy and sell 35mm and medium format on ebay and his sight is outstanding for reference. And, yes I do send him money for this wonderful resource.
i also collect old cameras and use butkis for info.....and i send him a donation for each download.....he would like 3 bucks for the downloads.....very reasonable...............
Without him I wouldn't be in business. I send him $5.
Thanks for everyone who shared those sites with which I was able to find details about my IN-LAWS LOMO-SMENA SYMBOL camera.
