I recently read that a photograph has more impact if it tells a story.
The story behind the image of the fork is quite simple.....
I had just polished off a lovely piece of apple pie and I was sat back enjoying a freshly filled bowl of St Bruno in my pipe. I glanced over at the empty plate and thought hmm... wonder if there is an image to be made there.
Reaching over for a cloth, I quickly gave it a wipe and the rest is below.

This is what photography is all about. You captured a great, no, a fantastic photo. You truely saw this image.
