File recovery help needed

OK I use Pandora recovery for images and it is great, however......
My disabled son has deleted by "cut and paste" from SD to pc, all his video files.
NO they are CUT from the card so not in recycle bin.
I have googled many apps, but wonder if anyone here has actual experience of a file recovery program that also recovers VIDEO files.
