Am I reading this correctly,..ya gotta read between the lines,......Forging a deal to PREVENT SPENDING CUTS,.....nice how they buried that little statement,....subliminal I guess.
Cant say they didn't tell us.
Looks convincing enough,...like they worked tirelessly at it.
