My Belted Kingfisher 'hole' is as active as ever!

I've been a little under the weather for a week or so and finally was able to go shooting today. Of course I had to visit my Kingfisher hole. And I was glad I did! I was able to capture this pretty girl stretching her wings and seeming very comfortable in my presence.

Thanks! I think that this is actually the same little one who stuck her tongue out at me a few weeks ago!

WOW is right!. Love them ALL but No. # is a KILLER! What a great shot of a difficult capture!

Thank you very much. I don't know why, but for some reason there is a spot that I go to that has 2 or 3 that do not seem as skittish around me.

Fantastic shots molly, she is very comfortable with you around. You have made a good friend, she knows you are no threat to her. You introduced me to her and I am thankful

Thanks Gregory. I took you there because you are a special friend and I knew how you wanted a Kingfisher shot. Of coarse I had no idea at the time that she would pose for you better than for me! The little flirt!!
