I like the idea, Ian. However I find the use of absolutely identical subject matter so obviously duplicated a bit distressing, or at least highly distracting. I think you should have procured a few more veggies at the market for your study...

very nice execution Ian, good to hear from you again. A great piece of background paper, where did you get that? As stated, the repetition is a little distracting otherwise excellent as usual.
