Beautiful! We don't see much snow in this part of Alabama. What part of Illinois are you in? My husband is heading to Dongola in the morning.

Thanks for the comments. I live in Northbrook, which is a suburb about 25 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. The glow and color in the sky comes from the lights of the city.

end there about midnight - started here about 8:30am. Suppose to get 3-4 inches on top of the foot we already have.
