Hey Hedgehogs, it’s time for another Weekly Photo Challenge. This one is a little different though known as Photographer's Choice with new rules. So read carefully, submit your best work and good luck!

The challenges are simple. You start you off with a theme, but where you take it is up to you! The twist is that everyone needs to submit a short statement along with their photo that explains the ‘who, what, where, why, when or how’ they went through to get it. This helps us ‘feel’ the moment as you did, but can also help with voting. You might also find some great tips to make you better. These are more about challenging yourself than worrying that your photo isn't good enough so everyone is invited especially those who want to improve.

Now for the legal stuff:
- Contests start Friday mornings and end Wednesday evenings
- Voting starts Thursday morning and ends Friday evening - 2 Day Voting!
- One original entry per user, and entries may only be used once. Repeats will be rejected.
- All entries MUST include statement as noted above. Untitled will be rejected.
- Once voting starts there can be no additional entries
- To keep it fair, the user names and vote counts are hidden until voting is over and winners are announced. All votes are anonymous
- And of course, the rules are subject to change as the challenges require

If all votes are anonymous, how do you keep some cheat from voting for his photo 500 times ?

It will make more sense when you read the rules for voting tomorrow, but basically everyone gets to vote and everyone can vote as many times as they like. You can only vote for an entry once and if you also vote for another entry your vote gets divided between them. For example, if you vote for your entry and mine then both entries get 0.5 points each, etc. I hope this helps and Happy New Year!

Type what you want in the white box
Click Update

Ideally you start at the WPC Home Page each week, for example http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-87400-1.html

Once you have read everything click the link to the contest page http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/photo_contest.jsp?pcnum=40

Scroll down a bit until you see: To submit a photo for this contest, click the Browse button and select a file. You can also enter (optional) description for your photo. After that, click Upload. Please make sure to use JPG files.

Type a Title or Statement about your work in the empty white box

Click Choose File then navigate and choose the photo you want to submit, press OK then Upload

That's it!
