I am a newbie at this site and I am a semi-serious, experienced photographer who has done a lot better with film in the past (I started with used equipment - a 60's Nikkormat, then a Nikon F2) and now use a Nikon D70 which I can never seem to learn to use. I have been watching your posts and comments for a month and learning. I took these photographs in the last week, one with a small cell phone and the other with a point and shoot, which I like and decided to risk posting on here for feedback. I love looking at street photography, anything with nature, and natural portraits most of all. I don't like too much editing and changing of images - to me that's cheating. I know it's not the way it works now though and that's OK but I'd rather not mess with photos too much. If I were honest, I think I have potential and want to get better... Thanks for providing this forum.
