How in the heck do you use a Lensbaby and what's it good for? Is it a worthwhile investment?
And you can rent one from your local camera store, for a weekend.

Look up my post "Soft and Moody". I have some flowers taken with various optics on a Lensbaby Composer Pro. A Lensbaby is a unique lens used for special effects. It's a lot of fun to use and anything but boring. Just takes lots of practice. It was a worthwhile investment for me, but it might not be for somebody else...like JR1.

I had one but got rid of it because it was so difficult to focus. It is a fun lens to play around with, I got bored with it. I did sell it on CL, and got a fair price for it.
