Here it is. I didn't like it as much because of the guardrail and guide wires and I don't photoshop very well.

The second shot, with the lights, wavy rail or rope lines and the touch of cloud color is fascinating. Normally I feel disoriented when I just see the upside-down part of a reflection, but this one is really neat! I tried cropping out large post and wires on left and like it even better that way.
