Ya think there might be some truth in this........just a little?
What a bunch of pseudo-religious crap. So because adults took god out of school he decided to punish them by allowing their children to be slaughtered. Stupid slogans don't do anything to solve the problem.

Have you not ever given thought as to the reasons why this behavior was not a problem in the fifties, sixties and seventies? The structured society we and our parents had in comparison to that of present unstructured society seem to be directly related to the unlawful, selfserving behavior to todays society. Your statement would indicate you are part of the problem. The issue would be, were we better off before or after.

And of course all of the ills you describe are due to the fact that we no longer force children to say a one-minute prayer to a god a lot of them don't believe in. How ridiculous is that?

TS, you need to read and comprehend, not assume a fact that is not in existence to justify your stance.

Whether you believe in God or not is irelevant. Society had in place a moral compase that all people where aware of. Today the moral compass has been discarded and the degragation, moral or intellectual decadence of society is the result...

Yes, but the original post made it religious issue, which it is not.

Religion brought the moral compass. That is why Jesus Christ is the most recognized human being in the history of the world.

No it did not bring religion into it, it merely showed, as No Sleep so aptly noted that without as solid foundation, morality and intregrity will, and has declined into a cesspool, which legitimizes' outrageous behavior, cheating, stealing, taking life...............ect ect, it has a direct and in direct effect on society as we knew it and as it is now.

No it didn't. People developed ideas about what constitutes goodness and morality. Religion just added some mythical, superstitious tosh.
