I know of no bellows that has or do offer "auto"

If you are unable to remove the lens I can only guess that the "pin" used in the bellows same as the camera body may have jammed.

I have no ideas but I would advise ANYONE these days from using bellows, proper tubes are best

OMG $49, cheap sorry but you tend to get what you pay for.

There must be a lens release "button" on the camera body so there must be one on the lens end of the bellows

Is this the unit you have?

I know this is a Canon model but they also make the unit for Sony A Mounts

You need a lens with an aperture ring to use this bellows. Also, there is a small chrome button on the bellows' lens mount for a release.

Actually they do make a set of auto bellows but they are right at $1000.00 dollars Adorama sells the they are made by Novoflex. But $49.00 is about median price for a set of manual bellows so not really cheap about what they are selling for.

Looks like the same release that is on most cheap ext. tubes and they can be aggravating just fiddle with it should be spring loaded and you should be pushing it towards the camera end of the bellows and if the little thumb screw that is the release is loose it will not release the pin all the way.

Yep will have to have a older lens with apreture ring but you should be able to find one extremely cheap any old manual focus 50mm Minolta lens will work since the mount is the same.

If you refer to the picture I posted above, the button is clearly shown on the left side of the mount. If it is missing, it may be broken off and you will have one heck of a time removing the lens.

If it is just missing should be able to insert a paper clip in the hole and operate the release worth a try anyway it can be done on the cheap ext. tubes and the release looks the same.

I have this bellows and it is the little chrome button that releases the lens. You push the button in, even though it looks like a slide type.

If you are planing to shoot macro-photography with your bellows, you will be disappointed using a zoom lens. Not quite so bad with a standard (curved field) lens. For best results, look for a macro lens (flat field) with an aperture collar.
