OK I am a little confused here. (ain't nutin new about that) but I routinely read the Hog on my android tablet in the morning with my morning coffee, but when I go to my laptop and open the same newsletter of UHH some of the topics are missing. Most are there but it almost looks like a different newsletter. I can do a search and find the missing topics. Why are they different?

I sit in the workshop (where I am allowed to smoke) with my morning cuppa tea and the iPad. Same problem as you. But, wait there's more; I cant log in from the iPad. Weird. Sorry I cant help with your dilemma. Maybe someone will help us both.

Yeah everything is identical. It's just agravating when I decide to download something or go back and copy a link that I have to hunt for it. There is always fewer topics with the tablet too. Nice thing about it is I have more to view when I use laptop.

As I do web pages, I get complains about a page not updated with someones info.

An important part of a browser's setting is that the user select ' Update Every Time ' you access a site or page. Otherwise the info never changes.

On IE9 and others it is under 'Tools ', 'Internet Options', 'General', 'Browsing History - Settings ', 'Check for new versions - Automatically '

I would suspect it has something to do with the different IP addresses between the laptop and the tablet. You may have to resubscribe to your preferred sections (Chit Chat, Photo Gallery, etc.).
Now that I'm really feeling clever, someone will come along with the RIGHT answer!

I use Safari on the iPad as the browser.
I open the browser and click on the email link to UHH each day (just same as on the laptop.
This brings up the list of daily postings (now exactly the same as on the laptop).
I go to login and get the same screen as on the laptop and type in TonyP plus me password.
Immediately I am back to the screen where I was reading the 'post' I wanted to comment on expecting to be able to comment except it just says 'login'.
Grrr.
(mind you it does give me time to consider my reply and this is sometimes good, especially if I was about to type something contentious:))
