Emmasmom,
You have a beautiful subject, with a very nice pose, an interesting but mute background. And now Trista has shown you how to correct your white balance. I have one last suggestion for you. Consider placing your brighter light on the girls right side - the one away from the camera. In doing so you will get better modeling on the face. The lead side will have more demension. It would be hard to improve on this little ladies expression, But I'd try to get her as a subject again.

Focus focus focus on the eyes. The rest can be fixed.

I think your depth of field is a little shallow. I'd like to see her whole (cute) face in focus, and then blur the background. A couple of comments from an old guy here. Move her about 4' in front of the background, and stand further away from her. It kind of looks like the lens was a bit on the short side, and you have some distortion. If you use a lens at an absolute minimum of 50mm, I'd say 70+ is better, you will get a more pleasing look.

I also agree, get a light meter, even with continuous lights, you can dial in the main and fill lights with the proper ratio, 3:1 (ish) so you get a really pleasing highlight to shadow ratio.

Custom white balance would have helped, or shoot in RAW so you can adjust after the fact.

Keep up the good work, you have a beautiful little model there. Lots of opportunity to dial it in.
