Found something better for your chair than a hemi. You'll have to come up with a wider wheel base than normal so the torque will not get you. It is only 600 HP.

BOY !!! I could reaaaally fly with that one............ With that engine , a couple of pontons and I would have one 'ell of a swamp buggy......... Fannnntasssstic....

Arent there typically aircraft attached to one end of those and a propeller to the other? ;) And it appears there's a jug or two missing as well

Have a friend that has spray planes, he had a pilot with drug problems who crashed this one nose first and tore the engine off the plane, we were loading it up to bring home just to play with. FAA kept the paper work on the engine so it can no longer be used, had to be junked.
