Found this guy again today. Strangely....all the settings are 8's. 500mm lens at F8, iso800 and...at 1/800 a sec.

Nice capture! There's a Red Tail Flying around my back yard from time to time. When he lands on the porch railing, either my cameras not handy or when I put the lens to the glass door to get a shot, he decides to fly away. That's great you were able to get such a nice shot!

Thanks everyone. I was about to leave the park...literally driving out and seen this guy fly over and land near buy. He visits every few days or so...much like the GBH that comes in every now and then.
