Whenever I log on to UHH on my desktop I get the following warning:
The current web page is trying to open in your trusted Site list:

http:googleads.g.doubleclick.net

Dont get it on my smart phone. And it pops up with every page change, very annoying.

you might have a bit of spyware - try downloading and running super antispyware, this link is for the free edition http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpyware-Free-Edition/3000-8022_4-10523889.html

DoubleClick.net is an advertising site. http://www.google.com/doubleclick/
Try Google's Chrome www.google.com/chrome

agreed, you likely have some spyware.

MalwareBytes is also a great (free) spyware removal tool. http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Though Chrome is a decent enough browser it has become malware in my book. I refuse to use software that auto installs with other software! McAfee AV, Norton AV, Google Chrome, etal all get installed unless you find the little box to check/uncheck to prevent it. If I want the software I'll go get it.

If I didn't need them for other things I would also quit using Java, Flash and Adobe Reader as they all come with some of the above software unless you uncheck the box at the right time.

Use Mozilla Firefox - they aren't annoyanceware. I've never found them piggybacking on other software and it runs great.

You have your security level set too high. It needs to be set lower.

You can not Uninstall doubleclick, it is a tracking cookie. You get it going to different web sites. Did you know that UHH uses tracking cookies?

almost all web sites use tracking cookies and they are harmless, they are often used to personalise the advertising to you. for example, a couple of days ago i was looking at the Uggs website and now uggs are advertised on lots of other website i go onto including UHH. Give it a test, go onot a site you would never usually visit which sells a product and then watch for how many ads you get for that product. However you can get rid of it with an antispyware prog but the some site wont allow you access unless you give them permission to use their cookies.
