To my eye,they are not blown out.All I saw that was a little distracting was the motion blur of the foot of the child on the right.

The top on the little girl is blown a little but hey you got the shot and what a shot it is. That's a great capture. Toddlers are why cameras have a shutter speed of 1/100000. :lol:
