clicktime Loc: Yucca Valley Ca.

Not the best shots but they arent to bad considering they were through glass that needed to be cleaned. Taken at our local museum in Yucca Valley. They reciently had babys and they are looking for new homes and there free. If you want one let me know. They get to about three inches long and they are easy to keep. I'm throwing in some other pics I got there as well.

Imagine, importing roaches to Louisiana. Maybe we could exchange a few million to Ca.

Nice Pics.... But I have to laugh, I see some of the biggest and nastiest roaches here in Florida... But I hate roaches about as much as Sarge69 hates spiders, probably more so, they are one of the few bugs that I have no compunction about killing! I could much easier take shots of a Black Widow spider than a roach, they make me squeamish...

Living in Louisiana, I could not get my head wrapped around having a roach, of any type as a pet. Roaches are the dirtiest, nastiest, creature on the face of the earth. I didn't know it, but in prehistoric times, roaches were 6 feet long.

One thing that strikes me as being odd about roaches, is that as disgusting as we find them to be those that live in the sea we call shrimp and lobsters.... and most of us love them to death!
