They certainly seem to me to be more at fault. If I state that they seem to be at fault, that is an opinion, not a lie.

All politicians are at fault, I do not absolve any of them. They are interested in one thing, getting reelected, they hardly ever think about those they represent.

I did not say he used the term "Bay Area." I did not misread the post. I merely commented about the Bay Area in particular. You misread -- or misunderstood -- my post. You jumped to a conclusion that was not logically warranted.
