Might be a tad underexposed but it fit the mood.
I think it would be better with only 1/4 of the glass in the shot and more lights.

I like the darkness and how you can still see the tree. What I find distracting is the table that the glass is sitting on.
A piece of black plexiglass would work better for me.

A star filter might add to this nicely but as is I like it. Possibly backlight the glass.
Now...if it's filled with some good vino, my shot would be of an empty glass! LOL

I like it, but it took me a bit to see that there is wine in the glass. If you could get a little back lighting to show the wine a little more, I think you would have it.
