Visited my little pals again - settings for the first two at
ISO 320 - 1/200s - f/18 the following at ISO 320 - 1/160s - f/22
and last pic at ISO 320 - 1/200s - f/22

Nice details.
Isn't it great that macro-photography reveals details that our unaided eyes can't appreciate. As I get older my close-up focus gets worse and worse, oh for the sharp eyes of a child again! I'll fish out some bugs for you soon; but its nearly time for bed down here in New Zealand.

Thanks everyone, turns out my hoppers are located on a plant that is similar to poison ivy :shock: glad I've been wearing long sleeves and pants.

I think I throw more out than I save on focus...so I'm not that far behind you for wanting sharp eyes.
