Extreme, I've seen shots very similar. That is a very nice pano shot. If he had gone much farther to the right, it's possible to get the ruin plus the extreme switchback road leading up the mountain to the ruin. It is very impressive.

Nikon that tall peak to the right housed the temple of the Sun the high priests and priestess of the Sun lived there. The stairs to get up there were in the drainage to the right.
