Continued Bobcat Saga

I have had not seen the bobcats in more than a couple of weeks until Sunday evening. I followed some paw prints that looked fresh on the marsh edge and lost them in the foliage. After some time spent spotting along the edge I saw the fellow peeking through the leaves. I actually had to shoot through the leave to even get this shot. Sorry for the blur.
D300 with 200-400 vr lens with TC 1.7, tripod with sidekick, taken in very low light.
I normally don't like the tc 1.7 with the 200-400 lens, but this time it worked--sorta.

I don't know these animals. To me the way the cat is poised gives character to the shot even with the blurred leaves. Move to close, or at all, no shot.

Good shot considering what you were up against.

Very nice Larry! As you know these guys are tough, I have had only fleeting glimpses of them. Kudos for getting this one.

Good capture. They are tough to find and shot.
