unfortunately we need to apoint moderators/refreree/bouncer/hedgecops to police the threads, delete the offensive warn and banish the violators. have posted in general chit chat that request , if more people chime in maybe something will be done.

OK. Let us all put down our weapons and sing one verse of 'Kumbaya". We need to ALL calm down. No bashers anymore and no bashing bashers (which would make you a basher). This would all straighten out if we all thought before we typed, recognized that everyone has bad days, and made sure that we ourselves don't make negative personal comments about others. Let's all grow up!

I never saw a question about OCD. But the answer is no, I am not. I'm just a perfectionist and greatly enjoy helping others.

It's OK to joke as far as I'm concerned. I honestly never saw that comment. I enjoy humor and joking around. That is one of the things I have really enjoyed about the nice people in hedgehog. Sorry.

I wasn't trying to pin you down for an apology. I was perpetuating my adolescent behavior. I had just thought that perhaps you either didn't see it or didn't appreciate it and weren't going to encourage my immature frivolity - which I'm okay with either way. I am no stranger to people not wanting to play along with me in a lot of things. It is noteworthy that you seem to stay pretty close to the straight and narrow but I have seen you break out on a couple of occasions. Some folks don't see humor in certain things and it doesn't bother me if something I think might be amusing isn't amusing to other people, especially when we've had little contact and are not yet used to each other.
We've all been down a different road. I've been around some folks, like my birth family, who don't joke, don't know how, and aren't going to learn. They pretty much act 24-7 as if they were to laugh they wouldn't see the "promised land." As you might imagine, I'm a pariah in that group. Dad, a minister, mom the over-abiding conscience of the community, brothers and sister going down the same road... everything serious, no frivolity, all pretty much the antithesis of how I am.

I'm to old to fight, argue, slam anyone, hate anyone, pick fights, be jealous of some ones work in photography, ...... I'm here to enjoy my photography and learn from all the folks here on UHH and share some of my photography to help someone ......... as someone once said .. turn the other cheek ......

My exact feelings. You put it just right. I'm also here to learn and have already learned so much just from reading other members critiques given on their photos. I enjoy looking at everyones pictures and it is so much fun to get inspiration from one another.
