Great job you have the lighting thing down. I was surprised to see you used 320 for ISO.
'Splain your surprise.
I normally use ISO 100 and change the aperture if I need more light. He is shooting at f/22 I would think that 320 would be to much. Unless he wants fast shutter speed but he shoots at sink speed 1/200. Maybe this is something I need to try out.

I routinely shoot at ISO 100, 1/200-sec at f/16 or f/22. This allows proper exposure for my sun-lighted background, and my speedlight/O-Flash attachment properly exposes my subject.
You have to remember a lot of my subjects are lurking in the shadows. I also use spot metering and a lot of my subjects are dark in color.. ISO 320 works perfect for me, doesn't show noise when cropped and lets me reach Aperture F/22, combined with 1/200 shutter speed. 1/200 is strictly to prevent camera shake. With the soft box/diffuser my flash is usually fired at about 2/3 power, and I never have to wait for it to recharge. I find f/22 when combined with proper placement of camera and lens gives me the best DOF. That to me is the challenge here, not necessary the subject. I get excited about some of the bugs, but once you have nailed them in the photo the challenge is over. But DOF can challenge you even further
