i like #2 nice reflection, good depth, clear and and good color

no ! is nice but the statue right is ghostly - did you over-recover shadows? Appreciate the exposure must've been seriously tricky, result is a bit odd, I'd let the shadows be as they were and concentrate on the windows being a glow - little flat as is.
Very nice definition, I imagine the original file has much in it to work on.
n0 2 flat again - te pesky weather, not unpleasant for the subject annd composition is nice
no 3 is spot on as a record if you crop the cars in the top distance off (unless you want the context, in which case there should have been more of them in view, maybe out of focus)
Personal choice as ever.

#1 is overexposed but salvagable. Crop in closer on the glass and adjust levels, reduce highlights, up color saturation.
#2 is pretty blah both composition and lighting

#3 is hopelessly overexposed, blown highlights everywhere. Would have been nice if underexposed 2 f stops and then cropped for just car.
