By the way, these were done he said in the Sam Houston National Forest. Our National Forests are supper neat, just don't get caught by a frumpy Forest Ranger, it is a no-no to loose your clothes in a National Forest. I have been told that there is no US Federal law that makes nudity illegal in any National park. That is why Gunnison Beach, in NJ's Gateway National Park, is allowed to be clothing optional.

This is a true can of worms. Leave the National Parks out of it. The problem is at issue about women and the body parts. Breasts are out, they are NOT sexual organs any more. Men have their sexual organs on the outside. Women have no 'exposed' sexual organs by en large. The outer labia are not considered sexual organs, the inner one are. Most police people I know have been advised to take any nude woman to a women's shelter or a hospital and let other women (non law enforcement) deal with what is going on.

Simply, the courts are not going to open that 'can of worms' as my Mafia family friends state it "There's no percentage in it". Meaning, men are always or mostly the problem, while women are rarely the problem.

In San Antonio Texas, if you get caught by the police (usual a male cop, and by themselves) in the city limits photographing a nude woman, first they separate the man from the woman some distance, then they talk to the woman (age, is this consensual, are they comfortable being out of their clothes), and the model needs to be casual and calm (thus the need for pro Models). Then the guy gets lectured by the cop and he sends you on your way.

Of course there are dumb things that happen. I was assisting a local photographer, he decided to do some nudes at ine of the San Antonio Missions. It is in the general area of the local police (SAPD and Bexar Sheriff). But this idiot was Jewish and did not know how it all works. So when some local tourist stumbled on the scene, I just got the model (a vary well know top figure model, she was not catholic and the photographer and took them into the main body of the church (for those who don't know, a Catholic church/cathedral is a true church, sacred ground if you look to the interior space and see a table like structure and to the left side is a red glowing light (candle), this signifies the that the ecumenist, the body oif Christ is there and that is why it is scared.

What is this all about? Well, I knew we were protected by the Catholic church, sanctuary, and international law as the Papal State was diplomatic immunity (just like any country's Embassy, thank Benito Mousseline in 1932), so in the church we could not be interfered with or even questioned by any local or US police agency, the rule of sanctuary was and is still recognized by the Papacy as a ligament condition of any good catholic. Most Federal and local police are told to stay out of all catholic churches unless specifically requested by a priest, and even then to be vary cautious because they are on foreign soil.

All of this I knew, and when SAPD showed up I simply asked them for the priest and waited for him to show. The police left and did not return. I spoke to the priest, explained that the model was making a clothing change and it was nothing more. Then we left, no police around. The model told the photographer he was an idiot which I was trying to get him earlier to understand. He was an attorney and was oblivious to the fact that a Catholic Church as far as state and Federal knows that the Catholic Church has embassy status.

The long explanation is because most Americans have no understanding of what and the status of the Catholic Church. The Mission System is and are active Catholic Churches in San Antonio, all of them (the Alamo is NOT, it was a military out post if Mexico, and so like areas of the San Antonio Mission System are under the governance of The US Park System, but not any areas of the sacred grounds.
