"Bread and Butter Pizza"

Simple, easy, quick and delicious

Recipe calls for 10-12 minutes in oven preheated to 450° for the first step I put the pizza in the oven while it was still preheating and left it for 10 minutes. For the 2nd step I left them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. They were well done but not quite burnt. You may want to adjust the time accordingly, or at least keep a close eye on the pizza if you don't like burnt.

Recipe for pizza. Sauce is a family secret recipe, my wife would kill me if I shared that. Just use your favorite sauce 😊

Beautiful done, Jimmy. Thanks for the recipe. I’ve made a variation of this throughout my life but never with the butter and parm on the bottom first bake; my first step is a brush of olive oil with shake of oregano and garlic powder. I am going to give the butter/parm step a try.😊

Thanks Joe. It was a first for us also. I may try your version next, sounds good. And maybe a little healthier with the olive oil instead of butter

That does look great Jimmy. The mushrooms are big enough to pick off.

I hope it works out Yorkie. Of course you can customize it any way you like. Let us know. I'm making lasagna now. Something I've been making since my bachelor days
