Thanks Tom, it's a medium sized tree that around here is called Bottle Brush. I think it's a member of the eucalyptus family.

Thanks for looking Max. From what I read its a fungus that is primarily effecting primarily European Honey Bees. Most native bees have developed an immunity of sorts.

I'm glad to hear that, jack. Perhaps the answer would be the same as when the fungus threatened the California grapes. In that case, we imported Vines from france. Maybe we should be exporting bees to Europe.
