According to some, the advent of trump looking to gain notoriety and choosing media exposure to his antics comes directly from the OJ trial. The trial brought notoriety to so many based entirely on their appearance in that trial. Trump, the Kardashians, RHW, etc. all follow the you don't have to have sk**ls or talent get wealthy on notoriety, you just need endless media exposure. Trump now on trial brings that thought full circle. I don't think it's turning out as he planned and it's certainly costing him money rather than the opposite. What's different? Trump brought illegal activities into the game.

Not if you believe the not guilty verdict.

And while tawdry, I'm not sure the Kardashians and Real Housewives franchise added crimes into the mix. There's also talk that the Chrissleys wanted that kind of notoriety, but they added fraud into the mix.

I believe in the incompetence of the L.A. District Attorney’s Office, I believe that was the verdict but I certainly don’t believe he was innocent of the charges but we digress.

OJ wasn't found innocent but "not guilty." there is a big difference.
